In 2008, the Colorado Shakespeare Festival celebrates its half-century anniversary. One of the country's most famous summer festivals, CSF continues to present the best of classical theatre from mid-June to mid-August. As many as 40,000 people come from all over the country and the world. Performances are staged in the 1,000-seat Mary Rippon Outdoor Theatre with the majestic Flatirons Mountains as a backdrop, and indoors in the 400-seat University Theatre, Main Stage on the University of Colorado's Boulder campus. This summer enjoy Shakespeare and much, much more:

Woody Guthrie's American Song
The Three Musketeers
Henry the Eighth Love's Labour's Lost, and
Macbeth
