Each package also comes with the following: Complete Fitness Assessment, goals and goal setting, personality assessment, nutritional consultation and recommendations, at home kitchen makeovers (excluding the wedding party), improved muscle imbalances, improved taught and restricted musculature, body composition and girth measurements, postural deviations and individualized personal fitness coaching and program design.
