Wah Lum Kung Fu & Tai Chi of Denver offers Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Qigong programs as well as training in Chinese medical massage, herbs, and 47 different types of weapons. We have Adult only classes and classes for Kids ages 3 and up. With an emphasis on teaching the techniques how they were taught hundreds of years ago, we preserve the tradition, art and precision of Wah Lum Praying Mantis Kung Fu. We also offer Kid’s Gymnastics programs for children ages 10 months and older, which are a great way to encourage physical activity and coordination.
